Now Heidi’s resume encompasses over 30 years of Hospitality experience including her 15 years as Lead Planner and Director of Design for Coastside Couture. With hundreds of beautiful weddings in her portfolio, she infuses each project with experience and expertise. Heidi is passionate about the outdoors and loves using our beautiful California coastline as her muse. Outside of work her obsessions include Mexican food, tater tots, margaritas, dance parties in her convertible Volkswagon beetle, trips to Cabo, pretty shoes, and all things bright and sparkly. When Heidi’s not working on epic events you can find her hanging out in the beautiful beach town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, hiking in Carmel Valley, and enjoying time with her two children Skyler and Sage, her Husband Brook, and her adored Papillon mix rescue Biscuit. As a former chef Heidi loves cooking and spends hours in the kitchen creating new dishes.
Heidi worked her first wedding as a server at a Bed and Breakfast at age 16, and that was the beginning of her love affair with the event industry.

Sonja's resume includes her time as Retail Manager at Laguna Seca Raceway where she mastered multi tasking between vendors and staff, as well as working on the famed Carmel Tomatofest as an Event Assistant (an event Carmel Foodies still rave about). With a great knowledge of customer service paired with her degree in Psychology her insight of Guest Management make her a perfect planner. Being born and raised in Carmel, she has a love for our beautiful and rugged backdrop. Sonja's dry sense of humor and wit keeps the team going on long days. When Sonja is not working you will find her spending time with her two sons and Husband having some fun adventure.
Sonja joined the Team in the summer of 2021 where she was immediately the perfect couture girl and worked her way up to become our Lead Planning Manager.
